1. Nature of RedLock: RedLock is a private members network operating within the Kingdom of Morocco. Membership is granted at the sole discretion of management.
2. Code of Conduct: Members must respect Moroccan law, public order, and national institutions. Any behavior that threatens stability, harmony, or security is strictly prohibited.
3. Political & Sensitive Topics: No political campaigning, extremist speech, destabilizing discussions, or criticism of national institutions is permitted during events.
4. Illegal Activities: Drug use, fraud, money laundering, harassment, violence, or unlawful financial solicitation are strictly prohibited. Violations may be reported to authorities.
5. Confidentiality: Members may not publicly disclose event locations, identities of members, or internal information without authorization.
6. Liability: RedLock is not responsible for private agreements, financial transactions, disputes, or personal losses between members.
7. Membership Revocation: RedLock reserves the right to revoke membership at any time without explanation.
8. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
9. Guest Policy and Liability: Membership privileges are strictly non-transferable. If an event permits a "Plus One," the guest must be pre-registered and approved. The inviting member assumes absolute liability for their guest’s behavior, and any infraction by a guest will be treated as an infraction by the member.
10. Non-Solicitation and Networking: RedLock is a sanctuary for organic connection. Aggressive commercial solicitation, mass distribution of business cards, or unwanted financial pitching is strictly forbidden. Networking must remain respectful, consensual, and aligned with the atmosphere of the event.
11. Atmosphere and Dress Code: Members must adhere to the prescribed dress codes and etiquette guidelines issued for each specific event. RedLock reserves the right to deny physical entry to any member or guest who fails to meet the aesthetic or behavioral standards of the curated environment.
12. Right of Refusal at Entry: Holding a membership or an event ticket does not override RedLock’s operational authority. Security and management reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual who arrives intoxicated, hostile, or otherwise disruptive to the harmony of the event.
